A Hunter in Karazhan: What’s in it for me?

[Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix] - Third ranged weapon drop in Karazhan!  That’s a lot.  This weapon is slower, but has a really nice agility bonus.  Again, good for Survival or Marksmanship, not so much for Beast Mastery, but you can still pick it up, it has better damage than the Steelhawk Crossbow anyway! ...

The Angry Raider — ... and Sunfury Bow of the Phoenix . I slapped a 28 crit rating scope on the bow, and I’m rocking my spec like there’s no tomorrow. I still have a ways to go, gear-wise. Eight hundred agility and hit cap aren’t too far now. More importantly than that, I’ve found a really good group of folks to play with. I joined a random guild advertising in Trade, and they turned out to be really cool and fun. I’ve done Hyjal (just Rage), Gruul’s, Magtheridon, and Kara with them so far. Each of these raids take about an hour or so (except Kara, of course) so it’s just the right amount of time ...

Chain Trap - Musings of a Survival Hunter — ... of Psia. Come TBC endgame, I ground out consortium rep to get myself a Consortium Blaster (I ground a _lot_ of ogres in Nagrand). The Telescopic Sharprifle came and went, and I always lusted after the Wolfslayer Sniper rifle from BBW in Karazhan. But it was not to be. BBW was always rare for us, and the couple of times it dropped I was outrolled by other hunters. So, I got the roadkill crossbow from Attumen, the S1 PvP crossbow and then the Sunfury bow from Prince. I had resigned myself to taking the sunfury into WotLK. Yes, ...
