TankSpot — ... ago when he got the seal that it shared a cooldown with monarch crab. I was a bit skeptical but this week I got heart of iron, which will stack with monarch crab. Based on this he tried using them in a different order. The bug seems to be that if you use Royal seal first it activates a 20 second cooldown on crab, but using crab first allows you to stack them.
