Lienna's log — ... here, it has its advantages, but its not the best talent around. Compared to multi-shot it costs 1% less of your base mana, a trivial amount, has a mortal strike debuff which can of course be provided by other classes. Oh and it can be fired on the move rather than having a 0.5 second cast. However the damage is the same! If you want to spend a talent point knowing all that go for it, its not a bad talent, but its far more utility than most people assume.
