For all the moonkin, we got our PvE buff.
Eclipse now increases damage done by Wrath by 40% (up from 30%) and the critical chance of Starfire by 40% (up from 30%)
So, that set bonus we lost? We just got back in the form of a direct buff to Eclipse.
